During
the first part of 2004, PakChamber.com Founder, Ashraf
G. Goreja, suffered from a heart-attack and kidney
failure. Although, his condition has now somewhat stabilized,
he has unfortunately been unable to continue his work on PakChamber.com
and its projects. He expresses thanks and gratefulness to all
those who prayed for him during his illness. PakChamber.com
is run by volunteers and information on this website will be
updated from time to time.

Promoting Pakistan...
In a Letter from
Pakistan Federal Minister for Investment and Privatization,
Senator Dr.Abdul Hafeez Shaikh to Mr.Ashraf G.
Goreja, Founder PakChamber.com announcing upcoming efforts to promote Pakistan.
This
new project, implemented by the Government of Pakistan, is
designed to promote a "genuine positive image of Pakistan and
attract new investments...by holding Conferences and
Exhibitions, in various important cities of the country."
Four
major events will be held in 2003-04.

Dr.Khurseed Nizam, President of E-Commerce Gateway Pte. Ltd.
Singapore, will be in the US holding meetings with
Pakistani-Americans to discuss the projects initiatives and
events, which are being held in collaboration of Pakistanis
Ministry of Privatization, Board of Investment, and other
Government and Private Sector Institutions.

Highness, Lord Nazir of Rotterham His
Highness, Lord Nazir of Rotterham meets with Ashraf
Gohar Goreja, President of PakChamber.com,during
his "peace mission" to the United States discussing Kashmir
issue.
Lord Nazir presented "Community Service Award" to Ashraf Gohar
Goreja during a PASA annual dinner function attended by 700
members of the local Pakistani-American community.
